Currently, ultracentrifugation is the most widely used method for exosome separation and purification. However this method has several drawbacks, such as destruction of exosomes, low purification efficiency and difficulty in scale-up for manufacturing. In addition, at the scientific level, very few studies conducted on the existence and function of exosome subpopulations. The subEXOTM platform independently developed by P.S.K Biosciences is a separation and purification system for Mesenchymal Stem Cell-derived exosomes (MSC-exo) subpopulations. This platform can achieve precise separation and scale-up the production of MSC-exo subpopulations, thereby filling the gap in the field of MSC-exo subpopulation separation and functional characterization, and strongly promote the rapid development and clinical transformation potential of MSC-exo subpopulation.
