1.Doctoral degree or above in molecular biology or other related majors with overseas background is preferred;
2.Over five years of research experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise in the development of small nucleic acid drugs; candidates with experience in nucleic acid delivery technology development are preferred;
3.Candidates with research experience in structural biology are preferred.
1.Responsible for the project establishment, experimental protocol development, and execution of early-phase development of innovative drug pipelines for central nervous system disorders.
2.Responsible for the formulation and implementation of in vivo/in vitro pharmacokinetics research schemes;
3.Participate in overseas business development.
1.Over 5 years of experience as a leader in DMPK research for large molecule innovative drugs; candidates with experience in Multinational Corporations are preferred;
2.Familiar with in vivo/in vitro pharmacokinetic analysis, able to independently complete pharmacokinetic analysis, familiar with in vivo/in vitro drug analysis methods (such as liver microsomes, blood-brain barrier, etc.);
3.Have strong communication skills and a teamwork spirit;
4.Proficient in professional communication in both Chinese and English.
5.Candidates with experience in more than three clinical submissions are preferred.
1.Responsible for the design and implementation of pharmacodynamics research (in vitro and in vivo pharmacology) in early-phase development of innovative drug;
2.Responsible for the evaluation and research of early project establishment for the development of innovative drugs for central nervous system diseases;
3.Responsible for the expansion and implementation of innovative drug development projects and external collaboration projects.
1.Doctoral degree or above in neurobiology, pharmacy, or other related fields; graduated from a National Key Universities; with more than 3 years of overseas study experience.
2.Published more than three high-impact articles in the field.
3.Served as a leader in the pharmacology department of a large domestic pharmaceutical company for 3-5 years.
