1.Doctoral degree or above in molecular biology or other related majors with overseas background is preferred;
2.Over five years of research experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise in the development of small nucleic acid drugs; candidates with experience in nucleic acid delivery technology development are preferred；
3.Candidates with research experience in structural biology are preferred.

2.Responsible for the formulation and implementation of in vivo/in vitro pharmacokinetics research schemes；

1.Over 5 years of experience as a leader in DMPK research for large molecule innovative drugs; candidates with experience in Multinational Corporations are preferred；
2.Familiar with in vivo/in vitro pharmacokinetic analysis, able to independently complete pharmacokinetic analysis, familiar with in vivo/in vitro drug analysis methods (such as liver microsomes, blood-brain barrier, etc.)；

1.Doctoral degree or above in neurobiology, pharmacy, or other related fields; graduated from a National Key Universities; with more than 3 years of overseas study experience.
