1.Responsible for the design and optimization of nucleic acid drugs and the development of a targeted delivery technology system for nucleic acid drugs; assist in the establishment of nucleic acid drug development quality control system;
2.Responsible for engaging with universities and research institutes for nucleic acid drug R&D projects; participate in nucleic acid project evaluation;
3.Responsible for the establishment of nucleic acid drug efficacy and pharmacokinetic technology system;
4.Assist the project leader to build and improve the development technology platform of innovative nucleic acid drug.
1.Master's degree or above in related majors such as tumor biology, neurobiology, immunology and biochemistry;
2.Familiar with the current status and development trends of innovative nucleic acid drugs, and have relevant research experience in small nucleic acid drugs; familiar with gene editing technology, and understand mRNA drug development technology;
3.Priority will be given to those with experience in R&D of innovative mRNA drugs.
1.Participate in the establishment of nucleic acid drug detection and analysis methods, and participate in the establishment of nucleic acid drug development quality control system;
2.Participate in the establishment of nucleic acid drug efficacy and pharmacokinetic technology system; Participate in the experimental design, analytical method development, operation and implementation, data analysis, and result reporting in the pharmacokinetic research of nucleic acid drugs;
3.Responsible for the management of outsourced experiments in innovative drug research;
4.Participate in in vivo/in vitro pharmacology and toxicology research of nucleic acid drugs.
1.Master degree or above in pharmacology/pharmacokinetics/biopharmaceuticals, or related majors;
2.At least 2 years of experience in pharmacokinetics-related work, with strong experimental skills and theoretical knowledge in pharmacokinetics;
3.Work experience in small nucleic acid drugs; familiar with gene editing technology and RNA drug development.
1.Responsible for expanding collaboration projects on nucleic acid drug delivery;
2.Liaise with universities and research institutions, including conducting business negotiations;
3.Draft project collaboration agreements and prepare other related documents;
4.Responsible for project maintenance and business development during and after the cooperation.
1.Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
2.Minimum 5-10 years of work experience.
